Teachers from Grade kg to 8 are given Continuous Professional Development training by the Chennai Chrysalis organization.
Teaching is the only profession you learn as you teach.
We focus on an education system where we train the teachers to develop the thinking skill of students rather than absorbing information.
Teachers completing the training session will be issued certificate which will be a validated one to their professional career.
PRACTICAL TRAINING
From kg to 5th Std students are given training in hands-on activities and peer group activities in every subject for skill development as well as conceptual learning.
Skill development includes cognitive, communication, social and motor skills
From 6th to 10th Std,Students learn concept by DIY (Do it yourself) and through experiments in Science and Math lab.
Every week 2 periods are allotted for Science and Math Lab from Grade 6 onwards.
Students are given topics to take Seminars in Higher Secondary.
